2) Where do your coffee beans come from?


From carefully selected farms in renowned regions such as Tanzania, Kenya, Ethiopia, Brazil, Guatemala, Bali, and Honduras. We partner with producers committed to quality and responsible practices.

3) How do I choose the right coffee for my taste?

4) Do you offer whole bean and ground coffee?


Yes. Choose whole bean for maximum freshness at home, or select a grind size tailored to your brew method.

5) Do you ship across the United States?


Yes—we offer free shipping to all U.S. states via USPS.

6) How long will my order take to arrive?


All orders are roast-to-order and hand-packed for maximum freshness.

Whole-bean ships the same day it’s roasted.

Ground coffee ships the day after roasting to protect freshness.

Roast & prep may take 1–5 business days. Once shipped, USPS ground delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

7) What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free throughout the U.S. If you need delivery outside the U.S., email info@kaffeiaorigins.com and we’ll explore options.

8) What is your returns and refunds policy?


Because coffee is perishable, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on coffee or other fresh items unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect—if so, we’ll replace it at no cost or refund you.

Non-perishables (brewing gear, accessories, merch) are returnable within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Not returnable: customized items, gift cards, and sale items. Questions? info@kaffeiaorigins.com.

9) How does the coffee subscription work?


Choose your cadence—weekly, biweekly, or monthly—and enjoy an ongoing discount based on frequency (12%, 10%, or 7% respectively). Pick the coffee, quantity, and format so you never run out.

10) Can I pause or cancel my subscription anytime?


Each plan has a short initial commitment: 4 orders (weekly), 3 orders (biweekly), or 2 orders (monthly). After completing that minimum, you can pause, change, or cancel anytime from your account—no extra fees.
