Return Policy – Kaffeia Origins

Thank you for shopping with Kaffeia Origins. We want you to enjoy the best specialty coffee experience. Please read our return policy carefully, as it contains important information about returns, exchanges, and refunds.


General Policy

We have a 14-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@kaffeiaorigins.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our coffee and other fresh products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items unless:

The product arrived damaged, the product is defective, or you received the wrong item. In these cases, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost or provide a refund if a replacement is not possible.

Other items that cannot be returned include:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty or grooming items)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

Non-perishable items (such as brewing equipment, accessories, or merchandise) may still be eligible for return within 14 days, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a replacement in case of damage, defect, or shipping error. For eligible non-perishable items, you may return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
