At Kaffeia Origins, we are committed to providing you with a simple, fast, and reliable shopping experience. All of our orders are processed and shipped within the United States through our trusted logistics partners to ensure your premium coffee arrives in perfect condition.
🕒 Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are roast-to-order and hand-packed. Our value lies in providing the freshest coffee available online.
- Whole bean coffee is shipped the same day it is roasted.
- Ground coffee is shipped the day after roasting to ensure optimal freshness.
Because of this, coffee orders may take 1–5 business days to be roasted and prepared before shipment.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 1–5 business days, depending on your location, via standard ground shipping with USPS.
📌 We currently ship only within the United States.
🔄 High-Demand Periods
During peak times (such as holidays or product launches), processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we will notify you by email.
☕ Freshness Guarantee
Our coffee is made to order to guarantee maximum freshness and quality. This production model may slightly extend the overall fulfillment time, but ensures you receive coffee at its best.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery status in real time.
❗ Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Kaffeia Origins is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@kaffeiaorigins.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will review your case and, if eligible, issue a replacement at no additional cost.
