Grown by smallholder farmers in Kintamani, Bali Blue reflects the island’s volcanic landscape through a rich, medium-dark profile with weight and sweetness.
Dark chocolate leads the cup, followed by molasses and brown-sugar sweetness. Wet-hulled processing and drying on raised beds give it a deep, rounded character.
