Grown by dedicated micro farms in Alajuela, this coffee captures the spirit of smallholder cultivation and sustainable farming. The beans come from two classic Costa Rican varieties, Caturra and Catuai, harvested at high elevations to develop depth and brightness.
Roasted to a medium profile, it reveals the region’s terroir—high-altitude growing at 1300-1445 m and volcanic loam soils that contribute a crisp acidity and clean finish. The beans are processed using an eco-pulped method and sun-dried to gently preserve sweetness and clarity while reducing water usage.
