A warm expression of Marcala.
Honduras is the warmer, deeper side of the Origins collection: a medium-dark coffee built around caramel, brown sugar and gentle spice.
Produced by approximately 1,500 growers connected to Cafe Organics Marcala in La Paz, it combines Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira and Typica varieties grown between 1,300 and 1,700 meters.
Fully washed processing and sun drying keep the cup clean despite its deeper roast. Brew it as drip, French press or espresso when you want sweetness, weight and a lingering finish.
